The Interactive Map feature provides a visual reinforcement of the festivals available as well as effectively administering the entry process. Clicking on ‘How to Enter’ produces a regional map of the UK mainland; the user selects the region of their choice and is presented with a database driven list of available festivals in the specific area. The user selects the festival they wish to attend and an on-line entry forms appears with the appropriate details extracted from the database. The user submits the entry form, a place is secured and festival details sent electronically.
